800-230 is a UV curable self-leveling silicone conformal coating, pottant, or sealant offers design engineers a higher viscosity coating option, while still remaining flowable.

800-230 is an ideal staking material for securing small components against vibration. 800-230 provides limited adhesion. This non-corrosive, single component silicone will cure to a solid elastomer in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light.

With a viscosity of 25,000 cPs, 800-230 enhances reliability of delicate components, and provides both stress and shock relief.
