Novagard internal processes are well documented to assure consistency and standardization throughout our plant. SOP, SWI, and job aids provide support during both training and production shifts. Each workflow process is measured against established KPIs to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness. We regularly hold internal audits to monitor performance against set standards, and our commitment to continuous improvement actively encourages growth and development. Quality uses a Management of Change process for controlled change implementation.
We support a culture that is focused on our customer – from the moment an order is placed until the end of the life of the product. We provide CoAs, CoCs, and any other product documentation required by our customers. We assist with timely responses and resolution of customer complaints, and support customer visits and audits.
