QGLP is a two-component, neutral cure silicone sealant that rapidly builds adhesive and elastomeric strength for bedding and glazing of glass in residential and commercial window designs. It delivers high initial green strength, enabling in-plant and in-field glazing without the extended wait times required by conventional glazing sealants.

Details
One of the largest advantages of Qwik-Set Low Migration Glazing Sealant is how quickly it cures – within minutes rather than hours or days. This innovative silicone allows for the movement of assemblies within minutes of hand glazing without silicone transfer or glass shifting. It is designed to have low plasticizer migration to protect the integrity of the secondary sealant and associated components.
QGLP demonstrates outstanding long-term resistance to natural weathering including extreme temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, rain, and snow. All with the simplicity of a 10:1 fixed ratio, two-part, neutral cure silicone.
As with all two-component materials, the work-life and cure times of NovaFlex Qwik-Set Low Migration Glazing Sealant are dependent upon environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. Adhesion should be checked on small samples prior to full-scale production.
