Automotive PVC Foams Products
Automotive PVC foams are soft, flexible closed-cell materials designed to seal, cushion and dampen vibration across vehicle components and assemblies. Their conformability allows them to fill gaps and create reliable seals with minimal compression.
Industrial PVC Foam Products
Industrial PVC foams provide flexible, closed-cell sealing and cushioning in a range of densities to meet different performance requirements. Aluma-Seal PVC Foam
Aluma-Seal is a medium density, closed cell PVC foam that acts as a thermal insulator to prevent condensation build-up on surfaces to which it is applied.
Aluma-Seal UL 723 PVC Foam
Aluma-Seal is a UL 723 classified, closed cell PVC foam used as an insulator for HVAC plenums, pipes, and pans to prevent condensation build-up on surfaces to which it is applied.
70P UL PVC Foam
70P UL is a low density closed cell PVC foam formulated to conform to UL HF-1/HBF for use as an ANSI/UL94 approved component in electronic applications.
60-A Automotive PVC Foam
60-A is a soft, low density, closed cell PVC foam requiring minimal compression so it easily fills large voids and variable gaps.
Low Density PVC Foam
Low Density is an economical closed cell PVC foam manufactured for use in applications which require seals to conform to tight radius curves.
Medium Density PVC Foam
Medium Density is a closed cell PVC foam that combines flexibility with strength and wear resistance, permitting clean die cuts and fastener penetration for enhanced production capabilities.
High Density PVC Foam
High Density is a closed cell PVC foam that provides dimensional stability, cushions against heavier loads, and withstands wear and abrasion in “tough duty” applications.
PET PVC Foam
PET is a closed-cell PVC foam that is effective in a variety of non-critical sealing applications. It remains pliable from -40°F to 172°F and resists UV, petroleum, petrochemicals and cleaning solutions.
