UV Only Products
UV-cure silicones provide fast, cure-on-demand processing for applications where production speed and precise cure control are important. Once exposed to the appropriate UV energy, the material cures rapidly to help increase manufacturing throughput.
1-Part Oxime Paste Products
One-part oxime-cure silicone pastes provide durable adhesion and flexible sealing while staying in place after application. Their non-sag consistency makes them well suited for bonding, assembly and sealing on vertical, overhead or complex surfaces.
UV/Dual Cure Products
UV/dual-cure silicones provide fast, cure-on-demand processing with a secondary moisture cure that helps ensure adhesion and curing in areas not reached by UV light. This combination supports rapid production while providing reliable coverage around complex geometries and shadow areas.
1-Part Alkoxy Paste Products
800-401 UV Cure Silicone Paste with Adhesion to Plastics
800-401 is a UV-only, fast-curing paste with adhesion to many plastics. With nominal viscosity of 300,000 cPs, 800-401 consistently holds its shape even when dispensed into complex shapes.
800-750 UV Alkoxy Dual Cure Semi-Flowable Silicone
With a viscosity of 50,000 cPs, 800-750 clings readily to components for staking and glob-top applications. It cures in seconds under UV light and provides stress and shock relief for delicate components.
800-230 UV Cure Self-Leveling Silicone
800-230 is a UV curable self-leveling silicone pottant that offers a higher viscosity coating option, while still remaining flowable.
800-235 UV Cure Semi-Flowable Silicone
800-235 is UV-cured, semi-flowable material. A UV-cure only silicone with limited adhesion, its higher viscosity makes it ideal for cured-in-place gaskets.
800-400 UV Cure Silicone Non-Adhesive Paste
800-400 is a UV-only, fast-curing paste without adhesion. With nominal viscosity of ~300,000 cPs 800-400 consistently holds its shape even when dispensed into complex shapes.
500-452 Electronics-grade Alkoxy Silicone (1-part sealant)
500-452 is a high performance UL-rated electronics adhesive. This one-part UL flame rated paste is for applications that require superior bond strength and flame/fire resistance.
400-195 Fast Cure Oxime-cure Silicone Paste
400-195 is a non-flowable, non-sagging paste product that provides a fast tack free time and high green strength.
400-900 Low Adhesion Oxime-cure Silicone Paste
