NovaFlex Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Sealant
NovaFlex Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Glazing Sealant was developed for systems looking to achieve Florida Product Approval, HVHZ, or Miami Dade NOA.
Developed as an ultra-low migration sealant to help prevent migration of materials that could have a negative effect on IG and surrounding components performance. NovaFlex Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Glazing Sealant develops a sure bond to most substrates, and offers extremely high tensile strength to provide the longest lasting seal possible for high impact windows.
- High tensile strength
- Low reactivity
- Excellent UV and chemical resistance
- Deep section cure
- Excellent primerless adhesion to various substrates
- High elongation

Details
NovaFlex Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Glazing Sealant is a non-corrosive, single-component, neutral cure silicone sealant and/or adhesive. A non-flowable paste, it is designed to have ultra-low plasticizer migration. This protects the IG and other window components from attack and degradation. This conforms to the new recommendation of IG manufacturers on all Impact Window fabrication to ensure a long-lasting seal.
Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Glazing Sealant was developed for window systems seeking to achieve Florida Product Approval, HVHZ, Miami Dade NOA, and other glazing applications requiring high tensile strength.
Ultra-Low Migration High Impact Glazing Sealant is available in translucent, gray, or black, or can be custom matched to any color.
Meets or exceeds the performance characteristics of ASTM C1184 and AAMA 803.3 (I), 808.3.
