800-400 is a UV-only, fast-curing non-adhesive paste.

With a typical viscosity of 300,000 cPs, 800-400 consistently holds its shape even when dispensed into complex patterns. With its nearly instant UV cure, 800-400 is widely used for automated dispensing and cured-in-place gaskets (CIPG). 800-400’s consistent rheology makes it ideal as a damming material in a dam and fill process.

This non-corrosive, single component silicone will cure to a solid elastomer in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light.

If you are looking for a UV-cured silicone paste that adheres to plastic, consider Novagard’s 800-401.
