600-250 is a flowable, platinum catalyzed, addition cure, durable encapsulant with good dielectric properties and flame resistance.

UL 94 HB certification is pending for 600-250. 600-250 is a flowable, platinum catalyzed, addition cure, durable encapsulant with good dielectric properties and flame resistance. Once mixed, this highly transparent silicone elastomer will cure at room temperature in 24 hours. The cure time can be significantly accelerated with moderate heat. The high (>90%) transparency of 600-250 allows for easy inspection of components.

The convenient 1:1 mix ratio provides for simplified production processing compared with off-ratio products. In addition, 600-250 provides good flowability, long working time, and low viscosity for complete wet out and thorough deaeration.
