500-642 rapidly builds green strength, allowing parts to move from station to station swiftly in the assembly process.
With its simple 2:1 fixed ratio, 500-642 is a 2-component industrial adhesive designed for easy handling and with low viscosities to reduce strain on dispensing equipment. This high modulus material offers a strong adhesion profile and is formulated to stand up to harsh conditions for maximum longevity, such as high temperature water immersion testing.
With a typical open time of 6 – 9 minutes, 500-642 rapidly builds green strength, allowing parts to move from station to station swiftly in the assembly process. 500-642 bonds securely to a variety of industrial substrates including metals, glass, and polyester paint.
